Since a lot of the UNIKUM vintage pieces are preloved; they carry a history. The history might show as little unique marks, tears or cuts. 

 

TERMS OF PURCHASE

SHIPPING:

All UNIKUM STHLM orders are usually packed and ready for shipment within 4 days after completing the order.

We offer shipping within Sweden and to Denmark, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and the Netherlands.

Pick-up: It’s possible to schedule a pick-up, so if you are nearby our address on Södermalm in Stockholm, feel free to choose pick up as the shipping method.

Shipping for posters will be added to the shipping when you place an order with multiple products. This is because it has to be shipped separately. 

RETURN:

You have the possibility to return your order within 14 days after you have received your products. Send an email to info@unikum-sthlm.com if you wish to return a product.  
If you wish to return the products, please note that the products can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when you received them. If they show signs of use or damage, they will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the products are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

The shipping cost will not be refunded by UNIKUM STHLM and neither will the shipping cost from the original order.
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. 
 

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:

Remember that your shipped package is only available for pickup for up to 14 days at the delivery point. Packages that have not been picked up will be returned to UNKM STHLM. For the packages that have not been picked up, and is therefore returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer 300 SEK to cover the shipping costs and fees for the post and the extra work related to this. It’s the customer’s  responsibility to contact us to plan a new delivery or pick up. Your order will be kept sealed until further is agreed.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@unikum-sthlm.com

PAYMENT:

When completing an order on our website you give UNIKUM STHLM the authorization go on with the withdrawal. We accept payments by ApplePay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Klarna.

We pay taxes after the regulations of VMB.
